Glasgow Futures is a citywide partnership, bringing employability services and programmes of support into one place, all aimed at helping Glasgow residents to reach employment and skills goals.

Glasgow Futures Employer Recruitment Incentive (GF ERI) is aimed at supporting Glasgow residents of all ages, who have overcome challenges to get a job and keep it. Employers can benefit from up to £10,000, dependent on number of contracted hours per week, when recruiting a Glasgow Futures eligible participant. For more information, please contact ERIRequests@glasgow.gov.uk 

If you are looking for help to get into work, a training course, paid work placement or financial support, Glasgow Futures will have a programme to support you.
